Delivery Information

At The Second Setting, we carefully package every item of jewellery so it reaches you safely and securely.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Dispatch time: 1–2 working days after your order is received and payment has cleared.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

You will receive delivery information once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We also ship internationally.

Dispatch time: 1–2 working days after your order is received and payment has cleared.

Estimated delivery: Approximately 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and postal service.

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Secure Packaging

Every piece is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

We take particular care when packaging jewellery to help protect it during transit.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Please allow a little extra time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been collected.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays, bank holidays, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.
